Privacy Policy

DropMark is built with privacy as a core principle. All photo and video processing happens locally on your device. Your media never leaves your iPhone.

• No data collection. We do not collect personal information, usage data, analytics, or any identifiers.
• No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for.
• No file uploads. Photos and videos are watermarked entirely on-device. Nothing is sent to a server.
• No third-party tracking. No SDKs, no telemetry, no ads.
• No network requests. The only network activity is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchase validation.

Your photos and videos stay on your device. We never see them.

Photo Library Access

DropMark requests access to your photo library so you can select photos and videos to watermark, and save the results back. This access is controlled entirely by iOS permissions. We do not upload, copy, or transmit your media anywhere.

Local Storage

DropMark stores a small amount of data locally on your device:

• Your watermark presets (text, font, color, position settings)
• Your export count for free tier tracking

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

In-App Purchases

DropMark offers a one-time Pro upgrade handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

EXIF Metadata

When you enable "Tag as Mine," DropMark writes your watermark text into the photo's copyright metadata field. This information is embedded in the exported photo file on your device. We do not read or transmit this data.

Children's Privacy

DropMark does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above. Given that we collect no data, we do not anticipate significant changes.
